Master Giygas has sent a meteor full of evil thoughts to Onett, in 199X. The evil thoughts immediately start taking over the minds of humans, animals, and other, odd creatures…Master Giygas’ plan to rule the Earth is now in effect. Unfortunately for him, Ness lived in that very town in that exact year. His mission? Stop Giygas. Along with his friends Paula, Jeff, and Prince Poo, he races through time, space, and towns in his quest to defeat Giygas.

Graphics (6.5)-In this game, the graphics should be dealt with. Not only do the characters have few animation’s, their heads are unnaturally large. The only good thing is that there is almost never any slowdown.

Sound (7)-The sound in this game is reasonably good, the music is fitting, and will only get annoying if you stay in one place for an hour or two. It’s actually good at one point. The SFX are few, but it is easy to tell what is happening.

Play Control (9)-Once you do a few battles, you really get used to the controls, since they are really simple. A is select, B is cancel, the basics.

Fun Factor (9.5)-Either you like this game, or you don’t (I do, that’s why it’s at 9.5). It’s really that simple. Though no matter you’re thoughts, it can get boring after a while.

Replay Value (4)-Whether you like this game or not, one time through is enough to satisfy you. Too bad the programmers didn’t throw in a few mini-games here and there to spruce up the action a bit.
