The energy machine of the Russian Scientist Yury Potapov
Hot water is passed through a venturi. In the low pressure of the venturi the hot water vaporizes. The steam water mix is immediatly sent into a centrifuge where the tiny steam bubbles collapse with extreme shock. This shock is known as cavitation. A blue glow is produced by the cavitation. Many reports from Potapov, Griggs, and George indicate that cavitational processes can produce anomalous energy. Noone is sure if the process is nuclear or zero point. A controversy rages because many tests have not demonstrated excess energy.
