In 1923, Arthur H. Compton determined a wavelength by observing the scattering
of x-rays. The Compton frequency of the electron is:

l = h / Mc

The relationship between frequency and wavelength is.

f l = v

The phase velocity of the matter wave is c.
The combination of these two formulas with the luminal velocity c produces
the Compton frequency.

f = Mc^{2} / h

The Compton Frequency of the single electron = 1.2356 x 10 ^{20} Hertz
