The Wormhole: Sam/Daniel : Callea's Sam/Daniel site with pictures, fanfiction, S/D moments, and convention reports/pics.
Viewing the world through Sam/Daniel colored glasses : Nice S/D site with pics, fanfiction and S/D episode guide.
Soul Mates: Daniel & Sam : Maureen's lovely site, dedicated to the love and friendship shared by Daniel and Sam (don't miss her superb fanfiction!).
Pagan Twylight (a.k.a Kate)'s Fan Fiction : Archive of Sam/Martouf stories, but some Sam/Daniel friendship as well. Give her stories a read, they're very good!
