Automatic Heat-Controlled Hot Plate
ABSTRACT: The Automatic Heat-Controlled Hot Plate (AHCHP) is designed to shut off when the food cooking is past a certain temperature, and to heat up again if the food's temperature starts to drop. The hot plate is always in the "on" position, with a solid state relay switching power on and off to raise and lower temperature, as set by a computer program. The AHCHP allows the user to maintain the temperature of their food indefinitely.
