So in case your wondering my name is Linda, I'm also known as Mintie, Myrrien and Waena. I come from Scotland (the wee country to the North of England, in case you didn't know.) and the purpose of having a website is to let you out there in the webiverse know about some of the things that are important to me. There's nothing particularly special about me so if you are bored don't say you weren't warned.
I haven't been able to do very much on either my web site or my blogg in a long while because I had a baby in January 2005 and it seems to take up most of my time.
I've managed to build up a couple of other pages and you're more than welcome to look at them.
I consider the country where I live to be one of the most beautiful in the world and thought you might like to see some pictures I've taken from holiday's I've been on. You'll find these here...
I've done a couple of travel logs to various places and you can find the page to them here.
I also do a bit of amateur writing and thought I'd include some poems that have either been written by me, are important to me and even some that were written for me. No love poetry then?

The internet is a funny place with some strange and wonderful things, here are some of the things that have caused me some amusement.
