Explanation of the conversion: The two sets of Characteristics represent Tara at normal size and with full Growth activated. The Elemental Control Linked to the Growth means that she only gets the Armor equal to the level of Growth she is at. No Armor when it is off, 1 point of Armor for one level of Growth, and all the way up to 10 points of Armor for 10 or more levels of Growth. She gets her Damage Reduction if she has any amount of Growth activated. She must Concentrate to change her size. When she activates her Growth her Running increases 1'' for each level of Growth. The low Activation roll on her Armor in a Focus represents how little of her body her Span-XX bikini covers.
History: Tara Fremont was born in Winter Park, Florida on November 17th, 1964. After graduating with her veterinarian degree, she asked her father to use some of his vast fortune to create a wildlife sanctuary. The project became known as Jungle Island and Tara, who acted as both supervisor and spokesperson, was dubbed the Jungle Girl.
A few years later, the Femforce was sent on a mission into the Amazon jungle to locate Dr. Carlos Jimenez and his Time Triangle. Realizing the need for a jungle and tracking expert, Ms. Victory contacted Tara who readily agreed to help out. Tara has been a regular member of Femforce ever since, though lately she has been devoting more time to her environmental projects.
Recently, while filming a commercial for Span-XX, Tara was slipped a dose of the Garganta formula by the producer who wanted a vivid demonstration of the miracle stretching cloth. While Tara was furious at first, she has
since come to enjoy her new powers as it lets her feel she can finally pull her own weight on the team (Good Girl Art Quarterly Summer 1991).
It has taken her some time to master her new powers, and she still must concentrate to grow to her maximum height.
Tara attended the wedding ceremony of Barbaric and Ricochet along side other members of Femforce (Savage Dragon #41).
Powers: Tara has the ability to grow from her normal height to up to 56 feet tall by concentrating. As she grows she becomes extraordinarily strong and tough, and can run faster. At full height she can lift about 160 tons. Because her powers would destroy normal clothes, she wears a bikini made of the adaptable Span-XX material, which protects what little of her body it covers.
