Explanation of the conversion: Most records about Darkhawk's powers are sadly out of date, reflecting his first armor. He has a new armor now that has different abilities, which I tried to reflect. He no longer uses a crystal to change forms, he merely concentrates. The two sets of Characteristics represent him in human and Darkhawk forms.

Darkhark #1 History: Chris Powell is the son of lawyer Grace Powell and, police officer Mike Powell. While living in New York, Chris's younger brothers ran off to the Wonderland amusement part and hid in the fun house after hours. When Chris showed up looking for them he discovered his father being paid to lay off a certain under world figure. When the boys showed up the while thing broke out into chaos and the three brothers his in the fun house. While there Chris discovered an amulet, which he thought he could use as a weapon, but when he picked it up he changed into Darkhawk. He defeated the thugs and saved his family (Darkhawk #1).

He battled the Hobgoblin along side Spider-Man (Darkhawk #2-3).

He fought Savage Steel (Darkhawk #4) and Portal (Darkhawk #5).

He confronted the U-Foes along side Captain America and Daredevil (Darkhawk #6).

He fought Lodestone, who attempted to remove his amulet (Darkhawk #8).

He fought Savage Steel again, this time along side the Punisher (Darkhawk #9).

Darkhawk allied himself with Spider-Man, the Punisher, Nova and Night Thrasher in defeating Midnight, Lynn Church, Thunderball, Sonic, Grasp, Chain and the Secret Empire (Amazing Spider-Man #353-358).

He battled assassins from the Foreigners' 1400 club (Darkhawk #10) and fought Tombstone, who removed the amulet from his chest (Darkhawk #11).

New Warriors #22 He then aided Speedball and Namorita against the henchmen of the Sea Urchin. The New Warriors asked his help, along with Rage, in tracking down Tai and the Folding Circle (New Warriors #22).

He was involved in the rescue of the original New Warriors arranged by Hindsight and led by Bandit (New Warriors #48).

Darkhawk and the other New Warriors teamed up with the Thunderbolts, Heroes For Hire, Spider-Man, the Swordsman and Magdalene in protecting the city from the Elements of Doom II (Thunderbolts #8).

Avengers III #1 Darkhawk was among the members of the Avengers who were captured by Morgan Le Fay and mind controlled into becoming her personal guard, the Queen's Vengeance. While under her control he went by the name Falconer. He was eventually freed and helped defeat her (Avengers III #2-3).

Wolverine #134 Alongside Speedball, Rage and the Black Cat he unsuccessfully attempted to subdue Wolverine who was possessed by an alien and went on a rampage (Wolverine #134).

Although Darkhawk was approached by Speedball about rejoining the New Warriors full time, Chris decided he's rather stay a solo hero (New Warriors II #1).

Trivia: Darkhawk was once attacked by Iron Man, who wrongly believed that the Darkhawk body used his technology.

Trivia: On the tarot deck used by Doctor Strange, Darkhawk is the Knight of Wands.

Powers: Chris has been merged with an alien armor him to change to his Darkhawk body at will. This body can fly, project energy blasts, create a force wall, turn invisible and has enhanced vision. The Darkhawk body has enhanced strength and resistance to harm, heals damage done to it, and has claws.

Formerly Chris possessed a crystal which allowed him to exchange bodies with an android body with similar capabilities.
