A Note on Romeo & Juliet
Just a quick run through of the characters...
Romeo::The only son of the great and rich Lord Montague. In my version, he is the favorite kinsman of the Andromedan Elders, Raduo.
Juliet::The only child of the other great and rich family, Lord Capulet. The Space Cases version calls for her to be the Heiress to the Elvian throne, Lokiet.
Mercutio::Romeo's best friend, and a cousin related to the Prince. In my version, he is Harlutio, Raduo's best friend and related to the president by marriage.
Prince:: Prince doesn't really have a name so here he, becomes she. President Catalina.
Friar Lawrence::Verona's chief priest of the Catholic church; he helps Romeo and Juliet come togehter. Here he is "played by" Seth Goddard, for the mere pleasure of my being able to write Friar Goddard.
Lord Capulet::The head of one of the richest families of Verona, the father of Juliet. Here he is Lord Jalan Batar Tero, Lord of the Elvian people, whose Heiress is Lokiet.
Lord Montague::The head of the other richest family in Verona and the father of Romeo. In the SC version, he becomes an important member of the Andromedan Elders who favors Raduo.
Nurse::Nurse was never given a name. For the obvious title of 'nurse', this 'role' is Rosie's.
Benvolio::Romeo's cousin and friend, he usually plays the peacemaker. Here he is Bovalio, a dark and sullen Andromedan kinsman of Raduo's, and a constant companion of both Raduo and Harlutio.
Apothecary::He only comes into the story once, to give Romeo that fateful drug. I've given this part to Reaver just because only he would love giving some desperate man poison to end their life.
Unfortunately, TJ couldn't get a part here because there weren't enough to go around, and Thelma only came in once. Disappointing... but I still think you'll like it.
