Technically this character is named "Minch" but I'm pretty positive it's Yoda. Minch was given as Yoda's first name in an early draft of ESB and I'm sure that it was used in this story as an homage. Of course, over at the Virtual Sequels (which is still active btw, despite our site not being updated in a while - we're currently - July '06 - writing the first draft of the screenplay)
