Jedime's Po' Boy Star Wars Customs

Rodian Slave Girl

(from Outlander)

A lot of my newer figures have been of characters that I either missed in the background, or decided not to do upon my first comic re-read after I started my website. This figure is a bit of both, I missed her, and at the time I didn't really use eBay for loose figures, so if a figure I needed happened to be part of a three pack, they wouldn't get made unless I could do something with the other figures. I like this figure quite a bit, as from the artwork, it seems to be pointing fun at one of the worst alien make-up jobs in Star Wars - especially since it was from 1997! I'm talking of course about Greeata, who is so obviously wearing a baggy suit, it's almost laughable. Her hands, feet and head are a completely different texture, and they even bend like rubber during the dance number. So here, the baggy skin has been made into a suit of some sort. I'm assuming that this isn't Greeata, simply due to the 36 year difference between now and then. On the other hand, Bib and Jabba still look more or less the same, and Greedo would've been over 40 in ANH according to his cameo in TPM, so who am I to judge how Rodians age. The skirt looks red in the scan, but it more purpley in real life (I don't always feel like color correcting in Photoshop)
