For as simple as this custom is, I think it came out really nice. I thought it'd be hard to find a use for a spare Palpatine - and it was - but I noticed in that Empire's End his robes are cut more like a monk's. I removed his outer cape, and glued the top of a Prune Face cloak onto his shoulders and the hood stillfit perfectly over his head. Lastly I cut the tip off of a Wicket spear and colored it black.
