These are listed alphabetically, first by country, then by state/province, and then by city. If a city was not listed, the handle is listed at the bottom of the list of that particular state/province and the dot is placed at random within the state/province. If you notice any mistakes please let me know as I am sure I have made some somewhere. Also note that bigger dots on the map mean that there are more than one person in that area.
