Industry Experience

 Consultant - Quicksil, Fremont, CA. TCAD simulation support. (4/10 - present)

 Consultant - Unity Semiconductor, Sunnyvale, CA. Device characterization. (2/07 - 1/08).

 Staff Engineer, Device Technology - Virage Logic, Fremont, CA. Supporting IP design teams in the areas of logic, memory (SRAM and non-volatile), and IO's. (9/04 - 3/08).

 Member of Technical Staff - Integrated Memory Technologies, Santa Clara, CA. Assisted in the device and process characterization of flash memory. The technology is based on a patented, proprietary split-gate design. In charge of prober/tester system (Keithley S900B) for WAT data collection. Also responsible for system administration and installation of new hardware and software (7/96 - 8/05).

 Consultant - Performed system administration and data management of internal networks (consisting of PC's and Sun workstations). Customers: PixArt Technology, Fremont, CA (7/98 - 12/99), Champion-Micro, San Jose, CA (12/00 - 2/01), and Avantek International, Santa Clara, CA (8/01 - 7/03).

 Consultant - eWave Systems, San Jose, CA. Performed evaluation of DRC and LVS rules (12/00 - 1/01).

 Product Engineer (Summer Internship) - Xerox Corporation, El Segundo, CA. Worked with process engineers to study gate oxide reliabilty. Installed test system to characterize devices. Helped document layout design rules for next generation CMOS (6/92-9/92).
