The Major Villains of the New Trade Federation...
 

Ruyl Kovo

Past Setting

    Ruyl’s is basically forged on that fact that he has a major hatred for Val, the reason is simple, many years ago Ruyl was lowly Head of Security for the very secretive Trade Federation. Val Versia had compromised his good record for success, by continually evading capture time and time again, each time causing more discord in Ruyl’s superior’s eyes. Ruyl is a Neomidian badass that makes Nute Gunray look like a bad substitute chemistry teacher. Ruyl was a key factor in Val’s survival in Continuum. In the past Ruyl was instrumental in finding the Versia Mansion on Ithor, and also a key factor in unknowingly allowing Val to survive in the future. After the Trade Federation was convinced that Ruyl had indeed killed Val Versia, he found great favor in the eyes of his superior, to the point he now leads the Trade Federation 217 years later.

Continuum Setting

    Ruyl currently is the main leader of the Trade Federation, having aided in the destruction of the Sith back on that peaceful, and devastating meeting causing their downfall, as well as the Jedi Council Invasion. Ruyl is only happy about one thing his POWER. He lied to gain power, claming to have slain Val when in fact there was no true evidence…and 217 years later…..

    Evidence would surface in for form of blackmail…from his own advisor Kralyn. Ruyl’s motivation now plot wise, it to go back to Ithor, and make sure that Kralyn is lying his ass off, and see with his own eyes the body of Val Versia. However when he does make the jouney, he discoveres that Val is NOT THERE. This sends Ruyl into a panic, as now his position is jeapordized, if the Grand High Chancellor knew that he had not truly destroyed Val Versia, Ruyl would not only lose his position but be put to death as well for treachery.

    Ruyl’s role in Continuum, after Kralyn has his “chat” with him, is to find Val Versia and destroy him…Ruyl oversees this task by sending out several secretive strike teams to try and locate Val Versia, in short Ruyl wants to kill Val off, and hide the evidence from anyone’s eyes. Ruyl and Kralyn have a race, so to speak. Kralyn wants to capture Val and keep him alive if possible, to blackmail Ruyl, and Ruyl simply wants to cover his actions…….

Kralyn Deka

Past Setting

    Kralyn Deka is a Corerillian Traitor to his people and also was a key factor in the capture of the Solo family. Kralyn has been under the shadow of Ruyl for many years, serving as his personal advisor, Kralyn is actually rather fond of Val Versia, having researched the files on him, yet duty is more important to him then personal interest, as he has joined Ruyl’s task in hunting down and terminating Val Versia, after Val discovered damaging evidence regarding the Trade Fed’s operation in secret, and their plan code named “New Future”consisting of removing those who are a threat to the Trade Federation’s operations, placing them in stasis, and using them as bargaining chips to get their licsense restored, however the plan was altered to just remove them all together and deal with the burcratic children as hungry for power and money as they are, where honor and truth in business was no longer existant. Kralyn was there as a key witness at the destruction of the Versia Manor, he was not impressed by Ruyl’s actions, even denying to make sure Val was TRULY dead…he received the role of Head of Security, after Ruyl advanced way above him.

    This made Kralyn upset that he had no recognition in the destruction of Val Versia, and left him a bitter person. However in the future the past would return, and give him what he needed to correct his problems.

Continuum Setting

    217 years later, Kralyn receives a report from a lowly Trade Federation Commander, who swears on everything that he encountered Val Versia himself on a desolate planet in a shady barroom. The shattered droid units as well as video confirm that it was either Val or some direct descendent as the Versia Crest was clearly visible on the figure’s attire, but the purple and blue blades used in the battles were sure fire signs the man could only have been Val himself. After finding this evidence, Kralyn kills the Commander, and hides the evidence in certain locations, cloning it. He does this because the next week he DEMANDS a meeting with Ruyl, where in that meeting he makes demands and attempts to blackmail Ruyl into getting his way, which causes friction within the Trade Federation ranks.

    The Supreme High Chancellor knows nothing of this rivalry, as all of Ruyl and Kralyn’s actions are kept secretive in their attempts to race and see who can find Val first. With such a huge galaxy though, this task proves VERY difficult, as Val has not been seen since the encounter with the Trade Federation Commander.

Salnn Dupres

Past Setting

    Salnn is a charming and very beautiful vixen who is also a HRD unit, similar to Guri in just about all aspects, However her main specialty is impersonating others, due to enhanced vocal processors and her ability to mimic certain individuals, for the purpose of deciving a target and capturing them. She also relies on her sexuality aspects (beauty, seduction) to lure her targets into her won little web, often also causing them to be captured or killed for the Trade Federation’s benefit. She will carry out her orders from Kralyn with little to no failure, finding failure causes for termination she is very loyal to her superiors. With her and Kralyn, their relationship is basically they know they love or lust for one another, but deny such things in public in time they do let their emotions go and take the chance, but rarely does this occur. Each has a stubborn nature on things, and at times causes some friction, but loyalty is more important to Salnn, then personal problems, she is loyal to her orders within the Trade Federation has rarely ever failed to carry out her mission..

    In the past, Salnn was also a key factor in Val’s life. She disguised herself as the one person, Val would compromise his secretive hiding to aid…Corerilla Dublon. When Val came to help his friend, Salnn impersonated Corrie, carrying out her personal plan to finally capturer him by using what he cared for most against him. In short time Val had fell for the illusion, until the real Corrie peeked her head from behind a pillar, being held from view by Kralyn himself…after seeing TWO Corrie’s, before Val could react Salnn injected Val from behind with a toxin so powerful, it send Val instantly to the floor unconscious. The toxin was designed to take down even the most powerful master, by sapping their strength faster than the Force could replace it. From there she had gained more favor in Kralyn’s eyes as her cunning skill and manipulative actions had given Kralyn his chance to possibly gain more favor in the Grand High Chancellor’s eyes than Ruyl. Val’s little band of friend however, shattered these plans as Krad helo, Isis Surul, and Gara Mari broke into the Trade Federation base and managed to rescue a severly tortured Val Versia. In the melee of the battle, Val tried to save Corrie from being taken away, but the pain of his injuries and the loss of blood proved to be too much, Val collapsing as the ship carrying Corerilla slipped through his grasp. Salnn was also a key role in carrying out another one of Kralyn’s questionable orders…which I’ll get into with Isis Surul’s section.

Continuum Setting

    217 years later, Salnn is still serving Kralyn has his Chief Security Advisor, After Kralyn learns that Val is alive, he sends her to spy on him…gathering information that she can, however since Val is no-where to be seen, this proves to be very difficult. Kralyn then finds out that the Commander told Val where “Dark Territory” was located…this leads Salnn and Kralyn to lure Val into a trap. In which upon rescuing Corerilla from “Dark Territory”, Val is injured heavily from a battle with Salnn who is stronger then he is, as Val battling a droid from the future proves very difficult, Kralyn in his attempt to slow Val from escaping also injures Val further, making Val and Corrie escaping possible, only by a hair….(settled in RP later).

    From this point, whomever plays Salnn can plot with whomever plays Kralyn and make their own plans, Val HATES Salnn for causing him considerable damage in the past, her actions of knocking him unconscious made Val get strapped to the  Trade Federation “X-Tinction” torture device specially built by Ruyl to inflict the maximum amount of pain to him, the chair is so menacing that those who suffer through it, rarely live to tell the tale, however in Val’s case it has haunted him in flashbacks in the future…yet another event he has to cope with.

The Supporting Heroes
 

Gara Mari

Past Setting

    Gara Mari is like Nomi Sunrider in terms of attitude and defense skills. She’s however a Jedi, not a Dark Jedi or Sith from unknown regions, her past is shrouded in secretcy, all that is known is she is one of the last surviving “true” Jedi as dedicated as Qui Gon Jinn was to the Jedi Code, after the events of the past left all force based factions shattered. She in the past helped Val escape once, in which the Trade Federation targeted her for termination, just for the fact that she aided a public enemy #1 figure on their list AND that she is a Jedi, which the Trade Federation despise. Val took her under his wing of protection and rescued her from sudden death at one point, leaving Gara to feel she owes Val a “life debt” Gara along with Isis Sarul and Krad were instumental in rescuing Val from the Trade Federation’s grasp, however, she was struck down with stun rings, by over 15 battle droids, as she tried to aid the defense of the Trade Fed invasion on the Versia Mansion.

Continuum Setting

    217 years later, her form remains in stasis encased in carbonite, hanging within Ruyl Kovo’s office somewhere in the Trade Federation Homebase. She, after being stunned was personally captured for Ruyl’s pleasure, as he watched her be lowered into a carbonite freezing chamber, then requested that she be placed on his wall as a living trophy of his dedication to the Trade Federation and the personally symbol of Val’s legacy being overtaken.

Isis Sarul

Past Setting

    Isis Sarul would be the perfect clone of Mara Jade’s attitude, actions, defensive ability, cunning strategy and so on. Isis is a Corellian Jedi, who like Val, found the Jedi Code too passive for her tastes, yet the Sith too aggressive. She personally trained with Val Versia in the ways of the Dark Jedi, specifically his ways. Isis before meeting Val however had a brief, but substantial relationship with Kralyn on Corellia, however Kralyn’s jealous nature, drove Isis away from him, especially after seeing his vindictive ways, and outright arrogant dedication to his “secret organization” (Trade Fed Undercover) over her needs. In the end Isis left Kralyn and disappeared one day from the face of the galaxy, far away from his eyes. Her and Val’s meeting is very sketchy, but like Gara it involved Val fleeing from Trade Fed advancing their surprise attacks to apprehend him. Isis and Val have more a Father/Daughter relationship, over a romance interest. Isis is more younger then Val is in age, but not by much, she has a stunning loyalty to him, willing to do whatever it takes to see Val is ok, even below her tough nature, Isis could be known as very compatible to Val’s own attributes.

Continuum Setting

    217 years later, Isis like, Gara was struck down, but more injured as she put up one hell of a fight, but rather than being terminated or encased in carbonite so quickly…Isis was brought in stun cuffs, before Kralyn, who basically flaunted his power infront of her, while making her his slave…She however managed to escape her bonds using the Force, striking him across the face, leaving a scar with her nails. He in turn abused his power to not only make the “bitch” suffer, but make it look as if he had no personal relations with her what-so-ever, ordering her to be placed in carbonite, as a mocking tribute to Ruyl and Isis herself, placing her carbonite incased form on HIS wall, furthermore trying to mimic Ruyl’s actions in his own delusion of pointing out that Ruyl is not better than he is, and whatever Ruyl can do, Kralyn can do better. Isis is alive, and in perfect hibernation. When time permits to free her from his office, this being up to whomever plays her…shes going to be REALLY PISSED at Kralyn, and try to kill him at any chance she can, however she will also want to find Val, whom was like a father to her…praying that by some way Val lives in this strange time period, as she feels alone…and lost.
