The Mysty Isles are a place where imaginations can soar upon wings
of Creativity. Within the Myst, Dragons really do exist,
mother-of-pearl scales glimmering beneath binary moons.
Unicorns, beautiful illusive creatures, really do roam the sheltered
realms of magical forests in search of maidens to protect.
Ghostly apparitions mingle within the foggy Myst, vague Earthly forms
slipping between the boundaries of this World unto the next.
Other Planets, similar to our own Earth, really do wander cradled
in the warmth of a distant Sun, members of distant Galaxies
waiting to be explored.
Alien creatures really do breathe oxygen similar to our own
and fall in love with Earthlings who traverse the Heavens in search
of adventure. Heros really do rescue maidens in distress, but our
Heros are sometimes our Heroines in a future World or perhaps a Past.
The Black Knight sometimes captures a maidens heart, because a
maiden's heart is pure and can only see what lies beneath a cruel,
gruff exterior.
Cinderella never really made it to the ball. Magic chose instead, to
save her from a Prince Charming who turned out to be a toad.
The frog Prince actually lept off his lilly pad then realized
at the last moment that he could not swim.
Scarlett O'Hara did leave Tara but only to find herself
in the 20th century, smack dab in the middle of a film shooting of
"Gone with the Wind".
So you can see that within the Myst, as in writing Fiction,
anything is possible.
Our only boundaries are the covers that bind our work.
