Chapter Seven

After school we headed over to Phoenix's house, it was time to go back.

As we headed toward the basement, Phoenix's older sister Dion, stopped us and asked," Are you guys going down there to like make-out or something?"

"Whoa! No way Dion!" Phoenix said shaking her head and her face turning red.

"Okay just checking, see I'm in charge to day, and well you guys are too young to try anything like that okay?" She said with her arms crossed, and a stern face.

"We understand." We all said together.

"Cool." Dion said as she went into her own room.

"Let's go peoples!" Phoenix said marching down into the basement.

I stuck the little computer onto the door and punched in the numbers that I had yesterday,

11261984 and . . . nothing. Yes nothing!

"What happened?!" Brooke yelled panicking.

"That is what you typed in yesterday right?" Christopher asked.

"I'm sure!" I shouted and stamped my foot.

"Try it again." Phoenix urged.

(11261984)

"I did forget to tell you your access codes didn't we?" The voice of the Triumpherent

boomed.

"Ryan your code is: 495, Phoenix your code is 104, Christopher your code is: 513, and

Brooke your code is, 122. Never tell anyone your access codes! You will find weapons of mass and of little destruction, use them well. I hope you humans succeed in saving your planet, for it is such a sight."

And with that we were in the strange place again. The computer calls it: sector 91825'

Whatever that is.

We were in our suites now, but what a surprise we got when we tried to talk!

[Ryan are you any good at computers?] Christopher said, and then stopped.

What was going on? We were talking, I think, I could hear the voice, but only in my helmet! Coming from Christopher it sounded like he was in a computer!

[Now this is cool!] Brooke yelled.

[Okay, let's head toward that dome] I said pointing toward the dome.

As we neared the dome Phoenix did a cartwheel as she walked along.

[Careful Phoenix!] Christopher yelled coming up next to her, and pulling her toward him.

[Christopher what the heck are you doing!] Phoenix yelled pushing him to the side causing him to fall.

"Craaaakk bammm!"

Something exploded shaking the ground, and shaking our knees. It exploded right where Phoenix had been standing, right be for Christopher had pulled her over.

[Oh shoot!] Phoenix yelled, realizing what had happened. [Oh Christopher! I...I...I am so

really sorry that I did that!]

[Don't mention it Phoenix.] He said as Phoenix helped him up.

[Is there any way to get in?] Brooke asked as we got to the door.

I pulled the handle on the door, but it was like a car door handle. The door and handle made a terrible sound, "ssskkreeeetttt eeett eeeeeeeet!"

[Oil! This thing needs oil!] Christopher yelped.

[Who goes in first?] I asked, hoping that someone would volunteer.

[Not me!] Brooke passed.

[No, no, no, no.] Christopher said, shaking his helmet-head.

[Me, me, me, me] Phoenix said, laughing, as she pushed me out of the way, and taking a step Into the room. [You scardy cats can come in now!] Phoenix yelled.

We all stepped into the room, [We need a light!] Brooke said as she felt the walls.

"Ping."

[And I said, let there be light!] Christopher said as the light went on, after he pushed the button.

[Okay, let me look at this computer thing.] I said as I started to push buttons.

"Access approved." A computer voice said."What sector would you like to view?" The

computer asked.

[How about Phoenix's room!] Christopher supplied.

[Phoenix's bed room?] I asked, not realizing that the computer could hear me.

Suddenly, Phoenix's bed room appeared on the computer screen.

[Oh! You boys better never use this to spy on me!] Phoenix yelled making a fist.

[They won't will you boys?] Brooke asked us.

[Oh man! No never!] Christopher yelped, I bet that if I could have seen, he would have been blushing!

[But do you guys know what this means?] Phoenix asked excitedly.

[That you guys could find out what color under wear I'm wearing?] Christopher supplied.

[No you freak!>]Phoenix yelled. [it means that we could find out where these, Nox are!]

[And then we could destroy them! ] I yelled smacking my helmet.

[And we would be done with this battle without even killing anyone!] Brooke said, as she

jumped up and down.

[The Nox's base!] I screamed at the computer.

System access denied. A password requested. The computer replied.

[Bad food?] I said, trying to think.

The password is incorrect, please try again. It told me with no emotion at all. But then again, it was a computer right, but they can't really feel, right?

[Okay so if we can't get access to the base, then where do we get the password?] Brooke

asked sounding very bummed.

[I don't really have an answer for you.] I reapplied feeling very ticked off.

[Then we're stuck, and the battle begins.] Phoenix said, and I think only then did I really

realize that this was all real and not just some dumb video game. We could get killed. And that

meant for ever. No escape.

Ever.

[This sucks! I think that the stupid Triumferent should just break the freak of a deal and save our world!] Christopher said, rather ticked off.

[They, he, it, she, can't just break the rules to save the human race!] Brooke said in the

Triumpherent defense.

[So you're saying that they should just let thousands, and thousands, and infinity people die! To save their own butts?! Sorry but rules where made to be broken!] Phoenix broke out at

Brooke, which they do, but usually it's over some of Brooke's smaller morels.

But then again I guess there are no small' morels, right?

[ don't know!] Brooke yelled, then breaking into tears.

[I'm sorry.] Phoenix said with a sigh, and hugging Brooke.

[Okay, we can't really do anything more today. We have families that need us. Tomorrow?] I asked my friends.

[Yes.] They all replied with a heavy sigh.

We left the dome, and I closed the door. "Screeeeet! Creeee!

[Oil! This thing needs oil!] We all yelled together.

We headed back toward the entrance.
