Chapter Thirty-Two
I came home and my mom and still weren't home, what did I expect?
My brother was on the phone with someone. So I went up took a shower. After my shower I put on my boxers and a tee shirt and went down stairs.
I turned on the TV and started to flip the channels. News, news, news, and more news. Only this station was talking about Alien life on one of the new planets.
"Shut the h-e double hockey sticks up!" I yelled as I through the TV remote at the TV.
What did they know about aliens!
I went out into the back yard, and looked up at the stars.
I still couldn't believe what I had done. I shouldn't have ever used that computer door key. Then we wouldn't have been there to be in the way, and then Ice wouldn't have shot Phoenix's dad.
Then Phoenix's mother wouldn't be going back to work so soon. I was stupid.
I laid down in the grass of my backyard, and it was cold and damp.
I had damned my friends, and Christopher would be heart broken if anything ever happened to Phoenix. I would be upset to, don't get me wrong. And I am the one that has sentenced all my friends do death. If I lose Brooke it would be my own fault.
This was all too much to fast. I was living in Hell.
I looked up at the clear sky, out there was hope. The hope that the human race would live.
The hope that my friends would live.
That night I promised that I would save my family, my friends, and my world.
And I plan to keep it too.
