Tetsuo-Hosokawa Dojo

The Hosokawa Dojo was proudly opened March 3rd 2001. It has been Sensei's Ramirez goal to spread the art of Motobu-Ha Shito Ryu Karate-do and so this is the third dojo he has established in hopes to just do that. The Hosokawa Dojo is the main branch headquarters (Honbu) of the New York base Kuniba-Kai International.
SENSEI JULIO A. RAMIREZ
This Dojo was named after Shihan Shinji Hosokawa 8th Dan and Head Instructor of the Main Honbu of the Kuniba-Kai International in Osaka, Japan. Sensei Julio Ramirez was moved by not only Hosokawa's prowess and instruction but by his character and fortitude in the martial arts. For this Sensei Ramirez felt that the dojo should be named after Shihan Hosokawa.
