This is one of those figures that I don't think was ever specifically described in a book, but makes sence. Wedge was promoted to General before Dark Empire but wasn't in uniform. He was also shown in Crimson Empire, again not in his General's uniform. Oh well, he must have worn it at some point. It's a General Lando body, Ponda Boba legs and Wedge head.
UPDATE: He gets promoted, and is descrbed as being in uniform in Isard's Revenge.
