I have to say, I think more than anything else, I wanted to make Lilit simply because her name is cool :) I used a General Leia head (which is the same as a Hoth Leia head except paler, thank you Hasbro...) with two Padawan braids glued on (I have about 20 left over still) and for the body... Well if you can't guess it by now, I ain't gonna help you.
