I held off on this one for a little while. One of my first customs back in '98 was supposed to be Kirtan Loor. It was a Tarkin head on a Luke Ceremonial body, creating an outfit that he never really wore. That custom is a little firther down on this section's page. While he doesn't have a hat on still, this one seems a bit more official.
