It amazes me how much Chacellor Valorum looks like other people. He's almost a dead ringer for Jerec. This is a repaint, and I actually planned on adding more detail to the red part of his cloak, but haven't found a suitable reference photo for myself. His saber is made from one of those clear plastic swords they use for drink garnishes.
