I had a spare Wedge head and two options: One - make him in his alternate civilian outfit, the same as the one I made, only with a yellow shirt instead of red, or this custom in which he only appears for two panels. I chose this one since it was a lot more different than the other one, and I had a vest available and not a jacket.
