I don't think that Madine was ever depicted as an Imperial Officer, it was just included in his backstory. I forget where I got the image of him from, but I know it was a while back. It's not from any official source that I'm aware of, but hopefully it's creator will find this page and let me use it. His headswap was slightly different as he's one of the new popable figures, while Tarkin is not, so I had to chop off thier head-pegs and swap them.
