I'm sure it can be agreed that it wouldn't be a SW figure line if there wasn't at least one utterly minor character. General Kadar is a one line character, and only owes his existence to the fact that Hasbro released thier own General Madine and General Riekann. I took the head from one and put it on the other, then made the hair black and gave him a goatee to cover up the brown paint smudge that was already there.
