Funny? That would depend on your personal opinion of comedy. Double Take is a movie about a financier who finds him self having constant trouble with the law. In order for him to basically put, get out of trouble, he ends up switching identities with your conventional "Bro man from the fifth floor" street hustler. The two starring actors, Eddie Griffin and Orlando Jones do a magnificent job by keeping the humor level up and constantly rising. This movie stands its mark, being the hit that it suggested but does not by any means raise the bar. It takes the difficult way out by trying to mix action and drama into a movie that was meant to be funny alone. That is OK though, because it is successful in doing so. I would recommend this movie to anyone who is ready for a good laugh. Go out and see it, just not 500 times.
