SEGA Dreamcast NFL 2k2 Preview

NFL 2k2... What Could They Possibly Do To Surpass 2k1?

NFL 2k2

At the launch of Sega's last game console (Dreamcast), One of the best games was Sega Sport's NFL 2k. It was mainly appraised for its stunning graphics, that put every Madden game prior to it to shame. NFL 2k won the play time of gamers and proved the Dreamcast's right to be on the market. Only a few things were missing from this near-perfect title. One being a juke move, because the overly powerful stiff arm only got you so far. The second thing was what the Dreamcast promised. Online play. Sure it was fun to call over a few friends and go at it, but it would have been more fun to blast them over the net where they could only emagine the huge smile on your face as you sent Staphen Davis or Emmit Smith into the endzone. These flaws as well as a bunch of others were fixed in NFL 2k1. Online play was booming, and to this day , you can go online and find someone to play against almost instantaneously. Lag free and all. Now, this year, Sega Sports is giving one more run at it for the Dreamcast befor sending it's powerful titles to next generation systems. This year, get ready, because although 2k2 will be hitting PS2 and maybe X-Box also, The Dreamcast version is the only to include online play.
