There you go! That's all it is now. No different than what is on the main page.
But all the info below on this page will stay there. And, here's an exciting
development. I talked with the listings contact at ABC Kids and, they have
OK'd the release of the remaining episode titles on an EIGHT-week basis instead of six.

We now have the first batch of Remastered MMPR schedules. They will continue
to be posted on the same eight-weeks-in-advance basis as the RPM episodes were.

(Updated 11/10) No real update of actual news here. It's just to get something different posted. We just moved past the halfway point of the Great Break.

LOS ANGELES SECTION: (Updated 10/13) No need for this section during the Great Break, since RPM is a no-show for every one of the 10 weeks. The West Coast is being pre-empted for either live sports coverage or to show extra E/I that is also pre-empted by the sports coverage. Have to keep the FCC happy!

Let's hope I remember to check KABC's listings when we get closer to the Dec. 19 resumption date.

RED FLAG ZONE
(Updated 11/24)

This is a place where you can find upcoming quirks in the PR schedule
and attempts to explain the inexplicable.

UPCOMING ABC KIDS SCHEDULE IRREGULARITIES:

Here's what's in store as far as disruptions of the usual two-slots-per-week PR schedule on ABC Kids.

Welcome to the Great Break. Here's the rundown of why there's no new PR until Dec. 19.

ABC will continue its pattern of not showing a 'new' MMv2 episode if any time zone is pre-empted by sports or E/I recovery.

Sat Nov 28 -- West Coast only -- Both time slots pre-empted for E/I recovery
** (cause: Nov 21 football game)

Sat Dec 5 -- National -- Both time slots pre-empted for college football game

Sat Dec 12 -- West Coast only -- Both time slots pre-empted for E/I recovery
** (cause: Dec 5 football game)

Sat Mar 6 -- West Coast only -- Both time slots pre-empted for E/I recovery
** (cause: Mar 13 basketball game)

Sat Mar 13 -- West Coast only -- Both time slots pre-empted for SEC tournament basketball game

Sat Mar 20 -- West Coast only -- Both time slots pre-empted for NASCAR pre-race show

Sat Apr 17 -- West Coast only -- Second time slot pre-empted for NBA pre-game show

Sat Apr 24 -- West Coast only -- Second time slot pre-empted for NASCAR pre-race show

The Fall sports schedule proved to be quite PR-UN-friendly. Even though there are only FOUR sports events being covered, they cause TEN WEEKS of PR problems. And, when the whole country isn't in the clear for RPM on any given week, ABC won't schedule a new episode. That means ten weeks with no new RPM.

There are a handful of spring hiccups (all West Coast only) but June and July bode to be even worse. We got the World Cup soccer tournament in South Africa. Just like the 2006 tournament from Germany, the times for these matches land right smack dab into PR's noon hour on Saturdays. If 2006 is an accurate predictor, we're looking at four weeks of pre-emptions for the actual coverage and two extra weeks for E/I recovery, starting with the last weekend in May.
