Reversioned MMPR listings

With ABC Kids' showing of reversioned episodes of "Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers" beginning January 2, 2010,
here's where I'll list the first ABC Kids airing of each episode and how long it's been since that episode
has been on U.S. television. Some have had a handful of airings on BoPR/PRG but others are getting their first showing
in as many as 12 years. When you see only one date, it's an episode that was never shown in the BoPR/PRG package
and hasn't been seen since the days on Fox Kids. You might notice that a bunch of the "last time on broadcast"
dates are grouped in Aug/Sep/Oct 1999. That was the ill-fated and proved-to-be-fraudulent
"One Time Only" on Fox Kids, when they SAID they were going to show EVERY episode, in order, one final time.
MUA-HA-HA-BWA-HA-HA!
We knew that was bogus when it took them all of five episodes to start skipping some.
