When you start out, send your 3 Wraiths and Duke northwest but don't pass the abandoned addons you will find. 
Then, move all of your flying buildings and land them next to their corresponding addons. Load your ground units into your Dropships and deploy them at your new base. Send 1 SCV to build a Supply Depot, 1 to build Bunkers AT THE TOP of the ramp exiting your base, and the rest to gather minerals. Load your Bunkers ASAP. Quickly get 8-12 SCVs gathering minerals and 5-8 gathering gas. Be sure to build Missile Turrets around your whole base, as on the west side enemy Wraiths will fly in while in the east the 3 Battlecruisers that the Orange army has will attack. Be sure to have your Wraiths ready to fend off any air attacks. Upgrade to Siege Tanks with Siege Mode, and move them to back up your Bunkers. After you get the Tanks, send an SCV and surround your Bunkers with Supply Depots. This confuses attacking enemies as they target the Depots but are bombed by your Tanks.
As soon as your base is barricaded, begin building Nukes. Use cloaked Ghosts to launch them, and use at least 2 and weaken the Brown army's defenses. Build up an attacking force of 6 Tanks, 6 Goliaths, 12 Marines, Duke, and as many Wraiths as you can afford(preferably 11). 
Get all special ability upgrades and at least the Level 1 weapon and armor upgrades. Then, move your forces out in a sweeping motion and take out the Brown Terrans. Be sure to use Siege Tanks to take out any enemy Bunkers.
With the Brown Terrans out of the way, repair and head up to the northwest corner of the map. Before ravaging a small enemy base there, find a small chokepoint between the little town and the rest of the Orange base. Build 2 Bunkers, Turrets, and a row of Supply Depots facing the large Orange Base that completely blocks the Bunkers. Get at least 2-3 Siege Tanks in Siege Mode behind the Bunkers. Now, destroy the small Terran town and build a base there.
Build more Nukes and keep nuking the Orange Terrans, but be sure your Ghosts have the Ocular Implants and that they don't wander too close to any Missile Turrets. After about 5 or 6 nukes, rebuild your attack force and carry out a massive attack. Start by placing your Siege Tanks in Siege Mode to fire on the enemy SCVs. Work your way through the Orange base until it is completely destroyed.
