THE OUIJA BOARD

THE OUIJA BOARD, OUI-MEANS YES IN FRENCH, JA-YES IN GERMAN. A FUN TOY
FOR PEOPLE TO PLAY WITH RIGHT? WRONG!  AN OUIJA BOARD CAN PROVIDE
MANY HOURS OF ENJOYMENT AND IT CAN TURN INTO A NIGHTMARE IF YOU ARE
NOT VERY CAREFUL HOW YOU USE IT.

WHEN USING THE BOARD TAKE PRECAUTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING. DECIDE ON
WHAT KIND OF QUESTIONS YOU WANT TO ASK AND SET SOME GROUND RULES.
ONE VERY IMPORTANT RULE IS NEVER ASK WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO DIE, OR
ANYONE ELSE YOU MAY KNOW. THE ENTIIES THAT YOU SPEAK TO THROUGH
THIS BOARD ARE NOT ALWAYS ABLE TO GIVE ACCURATE ANSWERS. THAT'S WHY
WHEN USING THIS BOARD DON'T TAKE EVERYTHING IT SAYS TO BE THE TRUTH.
ANOTHER THING YOU DON'T DO IS CHALLENGE ANY OF THE ENTITIES YOU
SPEAK TO PROVE THAT THEY ARE REAL. THIS COULD LEAVE THE *DOOR* OPEN
FOR SOME NOT SO NICE CREATURES TO COME INTO OUR DIMENSION!

WHEN THE BOARD IS NOT IN USE, ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT THE POINTER AND
THE BOARD ARE NOT IN CONTACT WITH EACH OTHER, PUTTING THEM
TOGETHER IS OPENING A PORTAL FOR UNFRIENDLY ENTITIES TO COME
THROUGH. EVEN SEPERATING THEM WITH A TOWEL OR A PAPERTOWEL WILL
                        BE FINE.

Remember the idea of the board is to have fun!! Keep it lighthearted and enjoy
it, thats what it is for! If you find an entity that you enjoy talking to that's
great, just don't accept everything it tells you as the one and only truth, they
like to play games also!  If you get one that is not nice or threatening tell it to
leave and if it won't put the board away for a while and tell it you won't be
back! Don't challenge or threaten, just tell it to leave that you do not wish to
speak to it.  Accept it as a game, and sometimes as a tool, nothing more.
