Our first offer is a 68 page publication consisting of 10 iridescent tales by John Gale. Unusual to most small press publications Litany of Strange Sorrow is enhanced with a full coloured frontispiece and contained in a satin sheath.

Mr Gale's prose-jewels first came to my attention in that essential reading but by-invitation-only newsletter-cum-exclusive-club, THE DOPPELGANGER BROADSHEET. Restless thanks to Mr Langeveld for that. I quote from one of my ensuing letters to him: "Could you not produce a 'collected works' for John Gale ? His short pieces are chill, polished gems of real beauty: something akin to vintage port imbibed (too) late at night high praise from me....). The ‘old tongue' word aelfscienu: elfin-bright, as unearthly/loveIy as an elf springs to mind" Now he's done it and you may judge for yourself - you lucky people.
