The Constable is second in command to assist.

The Fyrd is the fighting force of the Palatinate, defending both Swope and Fleming, in keeping with the historical basis from which Morgan Powyll formed the Domain. The Fyrd has been gathered together in order to have a reliable fighting force on hand for the Domain. The Fyrd is composed of all currently recognized Gangrel within the Palatinate. All are expected to be ready to defend the Domain of the Jarl, and to answer the call of the Warlord to do so. Any who do not answer the Calling of the Clan will be called before the Witan to explain themselves. Failure to answer the Warlord's call will be punishable by whatever means the Jarl deems needful, including exile or final death.

The Ceol Mor, organized first by the former Clan Warlord Jared Draagon, is based in Fleming Park. Comprised mainly of neonates with the guidance of a chosen overseer, they patrol the vast and wild territory east of the city. Fleming serves to protect the Anarch allies of the Gangrel who live in Independence from Sabbat incursions. While the Coterie is small in numbers, they are not alone as they protect this largely overlooked portion of the Gangrel Domain.

The coterie is based in Fleming park, the sister to Swope. Although it is not a widely visited as Swope by the other Gangrel of the Palatinate, the Park is widely patrolled by the several neonates who have come to support the Palatinate in Necropolis.

Ceol Mor serves as the training coterie for the Neotates of the Palatinate.

Ceol Mor exists to train the neonates of the Palatinate in the ways of the Clan. Their main headquarters is located in Fleming Park. Ceol Mor is comprised of the neonates of the Clan, teaching them the Traditions, the Way of Father Gangrel, combat training, and the Art of Tale-Telling. They are considered to be part of the Fryd, and are expected to answer the call of the Warlord.
