Brothers in Arms is a book about what Raistlin and Caramon did after Raistlin passed his Test of High Sorcery. It's about how Raistlin and Caramon join a group of mercenaries, where they learn practically everything they now later on in the Chronicles trilogy. They join mercenaries run by the Mad Baron of Langtree ot earn pay to help them through their lives. Throughout the book they learn skills in order to live in the harsh world of Krynn.
