Sphinx near Phoenix

Below is a section of the photo on the cover of the brochure for the Mesa Arizona convention and visitor bureau. Nobody in the history of Arizona including the University that currently brings us their astute science on the Themis images never paid any attention to the feline face on this mountain or its lion like image on the mountain from a side view. Arizona is a very intriguing place for all kinds of mysteries. The location of this mountain is also very interesting. What direction is the face pointing? Stonehenge? I wonder. The features and similarity to Egypt and Cydonia are most intriguing. Can we even guess the age of this enigma in the Arizona landscape? Is there an opening and chambers inside waiting to be discovered? What hath our ancestors left for us to ponder? What roadblocks must we overcome to get to the truth of our beginnings?

O.K. many people noticed a face but here is the kicker, they all dismissed it as a natural occurrence of nature. Hmmm, where have we heard that before? I guess nature chose to make sure it centered its "natural occurrence" at the highest point of a mountain not connected to any of the surrounding mountain ranges. Nature also managed to mirror both sides of the image quite well also. Here is the link to the natural intrepretation:Fountain Hills Guide
