Megadeth History 1990-1991

January 1990, Megadeth covered Alice Cooper's "No More Mr. Nice Guy" for Wes Craven's Shocker soundtrack, Megadeths only song as a three-piece band. February 1990, Marty Friedman replaces guitarist Jeff Young. In October 1990, Megadeth released Rust in Peace. (Rust in Peace is considerd by many to be Megadeths best Record.) October 1990, Megadeth joined Slayer, Suicidal Tendencies, and Testament for "Clash of the Titans" tour. March 1991, Megadeth opened for Judas Priest, in support of their new album Painkiller. April 1991, Dave Mustaine gets married to Pamela Anne Casselberry. Megadeth also released Rusted Pieces video. (The Rusted Piece Video is curently out of print) In July of 1991, Megadeth's "Go to Hell" was featured on Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey soundtrack. The U.S. "Clash of the Titans" tour featured Slayer, Anthrax, Megadeth, and opener Alice in Chains.
