An American Werewolf In London DVD Page

Director John Landis wasn't the first to try and pump fresh blood into lycanthropes, but his infusion of comic energy and Rick Baker's creepy prosthetics make this 1981 werewolf tale a howler in the good sense of the word. It's spiked with pop-cultural jokes and Griffin Dunne's funny turn as a second banana who's undead, and unhappy about it.
