Well, Labour got in both in general and in York where I live, which is pretty good in my opinion. Bet the Daily Express readers are crying into their cardigans *smug* I agreed with more Lib Dem policies, so I would've probably voted for them (or Labour just to stop the bastard Tories getting in), had my bloody polling card been sent to the right address. Everytime I called to tell the council my correct address their offices were closed. Which was thoughtful of them. Anyway, thankfully the rest of the country still had sense enough to elect them. And it'll stop Michael Howard looking so smug...
Oh and have a look at this snippet from last night's BBC coverage. The transcript's good but watching it's far better. I've never heard a politician call another politician a 'carpet-bagger' before...
