Haunted Story:
There is an old house sitting on the north - east corner, where once known an old man and his mother lived. Later she died, and he left the house because of the spirit of her. Reports of something knocking on cars, apparitions and orbs seen around the house and in the windows.

Our Testimonial:
We have been to this house twice. Once during the day and once at night. During the day, the house appeared to be abandoned, yet in relative good condition. It has a well manicured yard with a huge satellite dish out front. A few days later we decided to come back and break into the house. We parked along the river, where some fisherman had been parked. We walked to the house, and began pearing into the windows with our flashlights. We saw furniture and other misc. items all around. We thought that maybe the house was being inhabited, and continued looking. As I was along the side of the house, I saw what looked like someone moving within the house. Not sure if anyone lives there because noone turned on the lights. We decided not to break into the house, just in case someone did live there. I wouldn't reccommend going here, just in case someone does live there at the moment.

Satan Church

(6)You'll come to the intersection of 200 South
(7)Continue up the road about 1/2 mile
(8)Look to your right, you'll see a small cemetery
(9)END at Satan Church

Haunted Story:
There is an old church out in the country close to Russiaville that is been known to house spirits. Surrounding the boarded up church is a graveyard. There have been many sightings of red eyes amongst the graves and various noises heard coming from the church basement. Past owners have mentioned cults performing witchcraft in the area.

Our Testimonial:
We found this abandoned cemetery around 3 am. It was the site of the "New Light" Log Church. However, the church has since been torn down. The cemetery, which has old headstones dating no newer that 1900, is very creepy. It isn't very well taken of, and has a sense of coldness about it. Many of the trees around the cemetary have been struck by lightening and have fallen. Within the cemetery and surrounding woods, it is a very strange feeling. Worth checking out if you are in the area. I'm not positive this is the site of Satan Church. However, all signs to point to it being the place.

Haunted Story:
This apartment complex located on 800 East Hoffer St. is very haunted. It was built on an old graveyard and the bodies were supposedly removed, but with all the weird things that happen around there some aren't so sure. When you are around the apartments there is a strong feeling that you are being watched. Once inside you can see legs walking around, teardrops fall from the ceiling, and strange noises.

Our Testimony:
We finally found it and parked along side the place. From how it appears, it seems to be a nice little community. However once you start looking around you learn different. At around 2 am, half way within the community, we realized that it was low income housing. Most residents are minorities. They were sitting outside in a big circle, or on the steps. They looked at both of us as though we were definately out of place. We soon decided that we should probably get out of there before we got robbed. We walked all the way through, although it probably wasn't that smart. Many eyes were on us, so we had the feeling of constantly being watched. As far as I can tell, this place isn't at all haunted, but it sure isn't a safe place to go at night! If you have any love for your life, and wear anything of value, DONT GO HERE!!!
