I'm a independent producer/director of gay adult videos. I'm based in Los Angeles. This industry is based primarily in LA but I'm looking to film guys from all over the country.

So if you're still interested, here's all the particulars on my company. 
The name of my venture is Happy Ending Pictures. As of right now I'm just filming guys with a mini DV cam. The footage will then be edited and sold as DVDs and VHS tapes.

At some point I hope to add streaming video and live webcam stuff, as well as e-commerce. Right now it's just getting up and running. 
I've already filmed about twenty scenes. Now I need to edit the footage and start selling some videos/dvds. 
My goal is to use guys who have done very little, IF ANY, adult work. A webcam site or a magazine layout is not that big of a deal. I just don't want the usual faces that everyone has seen over and over again in tons of videos. 
The compensation starts at ABOUT $250 for a solo jerk off scene. If you are okay with jerking off with another guy sitting next to you the salary is $325. If you are okay to let another guy jerk you and maybe suck you off, and you him, the fee goes up to $400. You don't have to masturbate/suck each other to climax, but at least touch each other a bit. 
The final option would be a hardcore SAFE SEX scene with another guy. The fee for this is $500. 
You can also do multiple hardcore scenes with different performers as well. Solos and mutual masturbation scenes, however, are limited to one each per actor. 
Please realize that I would NEVER expect someone to film more than one scene a day. If you want to perform in multiple scenes, we would space them out over time. 
In addition to the fee you receive on the day of the shoot, I am going to offer something that NO OTHER adult entertainment company does; residuals. If you do a full on scene with another dude, than you would get another $1 for each tape/disc I sell. If you play a lesser role, you would get less in terms of profit participation. Anywhere from a quarter to maybe 75 cents per video/dvd sold. 
I prefer guys who are gay and comfortable with their sexuality. Someone who is bi is okay as well. I don't mind someone straight for the jerk off scenes. HOWEVER, the actors MUST realize they have a job to do. No belly aching on shoot day. If you commit to doing this, then that's a contract to perform as far as I'm concerned.
