Jill is a member of the R.P.D's special unit S.T.A.R.S. Jill is an expert in defusing and disarming traps and explosives.Unuseually for a woman she also completed a special training with the Delta Force unit of the U.S Army.

Jill is a talented young woman who is full of life but sometimes a bit too impulsive. Jill is usually fine under pressure and has saved many colleagues in past operations. Jill is good at using mechanical devices such as lockpicks and earned the name 'Master Of Unlocking' from her colleague Barry Burton. Jill has a strong sense of justice and fights for what she believes in.
