Chapter 1
What is Podracing
Podracing in short is being dragged by a pair of screaming jet engines at speeds well over 500 miles per hour, every thing is turned into a blur, were the only thing you can see is the backside of another racer or the open area ahead.
In a single race, your fate will be forever decided.

Chapter 3
The Engine Parts
A Podracer is made up of several parts. Now the things I have listed below are just some of the parts and upgrades need to make a Podracer.
Traction: R-20 Repulsorgrip
R-60 Repulsorgrip

R-600 Repulsorgrip
Info: The Repulsorgrip helps make your pad hug the ground better, the bigger the number the better it hugs.
Turning: Control linkage

Control Vectro-Jet
Control Coupling
Control Nozzle
Control Stabilizer
Info: To increase your Podracer’s turning response; get one of the parts I have listed. It will make your craft turn sharper, and respond sooner.
Accel: Dual 20 PCX Injector
44 PCX Injector
Dual 32 PCX Injector
Quad 32 PCX Injector
Quad 44 Injector
Mag 6 Injector
Info: If its taking to long to go from zero to 600, then put one of these baby’s in, to give your ride a little extra kick at the starting block.
Top Speed: Plug2 Thrust Coil

Info: Thrust Coils increase your maximum speed. Your Max speed is around 600 MPH, put one of these in your speed will get farther, if you put in the Block6 Thrust Coil your Pods speed will get over 900 MPH, See the difference.

Info: These Pods need major brake controls, put one of the small ones in and your braking will increase by at least 20%.
It’s more efficient.

Info: As you reach high speeds, your engines will overheat, and explode, a good cooling system is a must have. In less you want to be all over the track.
Repair: Single Power Cell

Info: You can repair your Podracer in mid race, but it slows you down, buy one of these to make your repair faster, and more accurate.
After buying the third thing in all of these list you should have spent around 125,800 credits.
Chapter 4
Building Anakin’s Pod
Parts you will need: Two 2ft wide fan blades, Six 4ft long flat, slightly curved paddles, Two 6ft long and 2ft wide tubes made of medal, Two 6ft long medal cables, 4 6in paddles, and now the most expensive thing on the list Two Small Jet engines.
I know what you are thinking, “yea right how am I going to get tow Jet engines, well all I can say is save up around $100,000 for each engine, yes people that’s $200,000 in cash, no credit cards.
Also make a cockpit of your design that can hook on to the two cables.
After you get all the parts on my list, you can then read the info below, or just read it without having the parts.

Now that you are finished, load your Pod on a truck in pieces, because right now its way to big, after you did this drive out to a wide open area in the dessert, most likely in Arizona, put your Pod back together, jump into the Pod, start the engines, push the throttle, and see what happens, if your brave enough.
Chapter 5
Driving your Pod
Cornering: Anybody can let it out on a straightaway, but only a winner can corner without losing precious speed. By tapping your brake when turning, you will send your Pod into a slide.
Chapter 6
Chances of Getting killed
Well, I say your chances are very large, because nobody had done this before, and we don’t really know how to control the Pods.
The chance of you surviving a crash is 5% out of 100,000% not very encouraging is it, but hey don’t worry, you will have hopefully started a new sport that came from Star Wars. So get a backbone and go try your hopefully now finished Pod.
