RankMonster considers cheating to be any conduct that results in false advancement of a player’s status within a league. Any such conduct is categorically condemned by RankMonster and is in direct violation of the Membership Agreement.
The final determination of what constitutes cheating is to be made by RankMonster’s staff without arbitration and any such decision is final. In other words, if your membership means anything to you, please steer clear from any activity that may even remotely be viewed as cheating. If you are not sure whether your action may be considered cheating, please consult the staff prior to taking the action! Any members found to be cheating may forfeit their account regardless of his or her current status.
Players are expected to behave in a manner that creates an enjoyable environment for all. The use of profanity or sexually - charged comments, excessive caps, flooding, etc. in the lobby or at a table could result in your account being penalized.
We ask that all players be in the lobby 5 mins before tournie start time.
If lobby is full please use the backdoor that is located
on the front of the slow bowl home page, or also located in this
tourney rules page up above.
Players are only allowed to play in 2 tourneys at a time.
However, once in a while we may have 3 going.
Just be sure one tourney is on or going on last round before entering that third tourney.
But we really would like you in only 2 tourneys at a time.

Due to player limits in rooms, or Pogo glitches, we will not refund tokens if a player cannot get into room. It is the player’s responsibility to make sure you are able to get in game room and secure your place in the tournament.

Please make yourself aware of the type of tourney you are playing. Failure to do so could result in an error which could cost you the game.
TOURNIE TYPES
SWISS - Continuous rounds with all players, until 1 player is undefeated
SE - 1 loss and you’re out
DE - 2 losses and you’re out
After 10 frames are completed, announce your score lobby like this “score///opponent name"
1) Please be sure your opponent is in lobby by start time of tournie. If you do not see your opponent please let host/hostess know asap so they can report if need be by end of 5th round.
2) Timers – If player is not in lobby at start time of tournie they have until the end of the 5th frame to return if they do not return by the end off the 10th Frame or the 1st round the win will go to opponent and they will be dq’d from remainder of the tournie.
3) If you disappear after having started the set, you will have until the end of the set to return. If you do not return, your opponent will be given a default win, and rule #2 will apply for the next set. If you do return, NO SCORE will be SUBTRACTED from opponent score, what you earn during remainder of set is final.
4) No Subs will be allowed
5) No Swearing or foul language will be tolerated. Instant disqualification if you do so wether Rankmonster or not.
6) Your Rankmonster name and Pogo name MUST match exactly (caps is an exception).
One exception to this rule is,If you have a club pogo and Rankmonster Paid Membership.
Then we ask you keep nicknames as close to matching as possible
7) Non-winner must report loss to Rankmonster brackets ASAP. If there is a problem, please inform the host immediately.
8) In case of a tie, there will be a bowl off in the next game, starting with frame one. First roll of frame one will decide the winner, if still a tie, it will go to second roll and so on until a winner is determined.The tournament will continue to play during the tie breaker.
9) CAPS RULES IN LOBBY: no caps are to be used in the lobby during tournies.

11) The hosts decision is final.Should you disagree with the action that they take DO NOT get into it in the lobby (doing so could result in removal form tournie or suspension form ladder). You may send in a ticket explaining your side of the story. Please include any proof you have to verify this.
DONATIONS
If you donate to a tournie and the tournie is cancelled your tokens will be automatically refunded.
If you donate to a tournie and you time out, your tokens will NOT be refunded.
