Gorilla

 

·       40’x40’ caged habitat required, heavily forested, lots of food producing plants will assist you in food costs.

·       Gorillas eat leaves berries ferns and bark.  They mainly eat only in the morning and the night.  Since gorillas never strip a food source entirely, you may not have to provide them with much more food then what is provided in their habitat.

·       Known to grow up to 275kg the average male gorilla will weigh about 180kg.

·       Infant gorillas will require a bottle up to a year old and will cling on to you as though you were their mother up till 2-3 years when they begin to crawl.

·       You may want to look into buying a few of these they tend to live in packs, and are more comfortable when among others.

·       They will build a nest for themselves in a tree out of branches and leaves.
