Pomegranate

Fall is my favorite season. Not only does the weather get cold, I love cold weather, but also fall is pomegranate season. Pomegranates are not just fun to eat, they have a long old history and now they have some medical abilities as well. . .

Pomegranates have been cultivated since prehistoric times. The word pomegranate is derived from Middle French pome garnete and literally means "seeded apple." The average pomegranate can contain as many as 800 seeds
