Here I have put only a few techniques that you can start to use. Please note, THESE ARE NOT THE ONLY TECHNIQUES OUT THERE!!! THESE ARE ONLY A FEW!!! It is very important to remember that at first, not all of techniques will work, nor will they all work for you. Through practice you will be able to create your own regimen of releasing anger in a positive way.
