Tullibody is a large village in the County of Clackmannanshire in Central Scotland. In the 9th century, King Kenneth MacAlpin is said to have given Tullibody its name. In the 12th century, Tullibody had a church and a parish priest. In the 16th century, a French Army used the roof from Tullibody's Church to make a bridge over the nearby River Devon. Now, in the 21st century, Tullibody has about 7,000 inhabitants. The Village has a Pub (The Inn), a Hotel (The Abercromby Arms), a Golf Course (Braehead), a Post Office, a Civic Centre, four Primary Schools, a Church, a Church Hall, a Chapel, a Police Station and a small Shopping Centre (Tron Court).
