Was like a breath of fresh air.
Filled my world with sunshine,

Hope you did give,
To this heart of mine.
Your gift of love,
Became my life line.
Your smile,
So cheerful and bright.
Sounds of your laughter,
Made everything all right.
You were my happiness,
My world, my love, my life.
My knight in shinning armor,
Wanted to be your wife.
Again time has passed me by,
Key to your heart I no longer hold.
But I would of loved you anyway,
Even if I knew what the future foretold.
