Life, we have lived,
Was it all that bad?
Why do good memories,
Always seem sad?
The lost of a love one,
A pain we must bare,
Sometimes we wonder,
Why life is so unfair.
Time heals all,
So I've have been told.
What about the emotions,
We cannot control?
Cry when we are born,
Joyful when we die,
How do we even,
Say good-bye?
Try to pretend,
Let the past go.
Keep the hurt inside,
So it will never show.
I will bring you flowers,
Place them on your grave.
Say I love you,
Forever and always.
